Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Pre-orders have different handling (see next section).

Shipping Methods

We ship using the following carriers:

• FedEx Ground Economy

• UPS Ground

• USPS Ground Advantage

Estimated delivery time (after processing):

• Domestic U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

• Delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be sold as pre-orders.
When applicable, the product page will clearly state:

• Expected ship date

• That you will be charged immediately

• That you may cancel anytime before shipment for a full refund

If a pre-order date changes, we will contact you by email.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.
Tracking numbers are sent automatically when the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Starstruck is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
We recommend filing a claim with the carrier.
